An immersion into the rural tradition of Malcantone to discover the art of artisanal bread and cheese production. After a journey by train and bus to Mugena, you will visit the farm of Marco and Isa Scoglio, nestled in a hilly landscape among woods and chestnut trees. Here, guided by experts, you will participate in two workshops: in the first, you will work with dough to create fragrant bread, while in the second, you will learn to produce cheese. The experience concludes with an aperitif featuring farm products and a walk among the chestnut trees. At the end, you can choose to return with the guide, stay for lunch at a typical Malcantone restaurant (with suggestions provided by the guide), or enjoy an afternoon of relaxation at the Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & SPA wellness center.
